Beautiful, finely restored Tuscan complex with 180-hectare farm and farmhouse for sale in the Tuscan hills, in the province of Arezzo.

The olive grove of 1,600 trees produces about 2,000 kg of excellent extra virgin olive oil per year.
The arable land of about 10 hectares is now largely covered by forest.

Basic services are a 10-minute drive away; for everything else, Arezzo is 13 km away.
The location of the property is also very convenient for reaching the A1 highway exit, which provides a quick connection to Florence and, consequently, to many of Tuscany's best-known art cities: Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino and Pisa.
