Country house, tastefully renovated in 2010, preserving the typical features of the Marche tradition. The location is excellent, very panoramic, easy to reach, good privacy, not isolated. Senigallia beach is 16 kilometers away. The house is divided as follows: entrance, living room, kitchen with veranda, a sitting room with fireplace, two bedrooms, bathroom and a storage room with a new underfloor heating system. On the first floor, however, the materials of the past have been retained, the floor with terracotta and granite, there are four bedrooms, a small study and a bathroom.

The house has a garden of 2,500 m2 with 2 outbuildings, one of which is of considerable size and can be completely renovated. There is a wood-burning oven at the back of the house.
