This wine and olive farm is located 330 m above sea level, between the Val di Pesa and the Val d'Elsa, in the heart of Tuscany, in a panoramic hillside position with perfect exposure to the sun.

The estate consists of a main villa to be renovated of approximately 600 sqm, a renovated farmhouse with four apartments (20 beds) that are currently used as accommodation, a tasting room/restaurant, an archaeological/wine trail, cellars, wine-making vat room, oil mill, stable and 2 barns.

In addition, the property includes a 600 sqm Leopoldina dating back to the 18th century, located opposite the main entrance to the estate, which can be restored and converted into additional living quarters, and a 200 sqm barn.

The 41 hectares of land are divided into 7.5 ha of vineyards, 17.5 ha of olive groves, 2 ha of walnut trees and 14 ha of woodland and uncultivated land.

The property is located a few kilometres from Certaldo, about half an hour's drive from the Florence Peretola airport and the medieval village of San Gimignano.
In about an hour it is possible to reach Montecatini Terme, famous for its thermal cures, and Pisa.
