All the lands are productive of certified fine white truffle and marzuolo white truffle with reserved collection. The land, which has been cultivated since the time of the ancient Etruscans, is particularly favorable for investment in tree crops, most suitable for the production of fine truffles and excellent certified organic and PGI extra virgin olive oil, returning 5 different types of olive trees. Annual oil production amounts to 10/15 q.

It is possible to build a swimming pool.

The complex has connection to the municipal waterworks, cistern for rainwater collection and solar panels.
