Walking along an avenue of cypresses, through a beautiful hilly landscape characteristic of the lower Val D’Arbia, you reach this ancient property consisting of the main villa and other buildings that form a small village. The first memory seems to date back to 1246 in a deed of sale of a land.
The property is a building dating back to the 1700s with particular valuable architectural features and was the main villa of the entire village. It has an area of approximately 600sqm, plus the annexed shed and stable of approximately 300sqm.
The surrounding land extends over 1 hectare and is mainly used as a park. Over the years some restoration interventions have been made, such as the reconstruction of the roof and consolidation of the perimeter walls.
