Residential complex of cultural and architectural value dating back to the 17th century, for sale in a strategic position overlooking the valley of the town of Sinalunga, as well as Lucignano and Cortona.

The complex was built in two different periods and has undergone structural modifications that have totally changed its physiognomy.
In fact, initially the villa had the shape of a small castle with two turrets at the front of the building and overall dimensions smaller than today.

Towards the beginning of the 19th century, the building was transformed into a large villa with three above-ground floors and a semi-basement floor, with a brick-vaulted cellar underneath.
This was a typical landowner's dwelling, with servants' quarters on the upper floor of the villa.

Currently, the villa has a surface area of approximately 1,100 sqm and is arranged as follows.
The ground floor consists of an entrance hall with a large living room with painted vaulted ceilings, a study, a large Tuscan-style kitchen with a large fireplace and a large arch that divides the room and creates another space with a billiard table and a sitting room.
The first floor, once inhabited by the owners, houses 4 large bedrooms, bathrooms, a living room with coffered ceilings with gold profiles, a sitting room and a cloakroom. The rooms are furnished with antique solid walnut furniture.
The top floor, once reserved for servants, consists of rooms and halls, storage rooms and a bathroom, in need of renovation.

The villa is completed by several annexes, with a total surface area of 1,300 sqm.

The first annexe consists of a large brick structure on three floors.
The lower floor is occupied by a large cellar, still equipped for wine production.
The central floor, called the 'vat cellar', in the past included large vats that were used for harvesting grapes and for the first boiling.
Finally, the upper floor was once used for storing olives.

The second annexe, adjacent to the villa and the cellar building, consists of several rooms used as a carpenter's workshop, bread workshop and bee hive shed.

Adjacent to the villa there is a masonry greenhouse used for the storage of lemon plants in large terracotta pots: there are currently 15 pots with as many lemon plants.

In addition, attached to the greenhouse there is a private consecrated chapel, dating back to the first period of construction of the villa.
Internally, at 3/4 of the building there is an altar with a choir room behind it.

Since the property was once an agricultural-manor complex, next to the garden in front of the villa stands a building of 700 sqm that was once used by farmers and has now been converted into an agritourism facility.
Internally, there is a renovated 120 sqm apartment for the caretaker, consisting of 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and 2 bathrooms.
The remaining part is used as a holiday farm, finely restored and maintained in its Tuscan style with typical local furnishings, common areas created from the barns and stable, and comprises a total of 5 rooms and a suite.
