Tuscan house of peasant origin, early twentieth century, near the center of the village of Foiano della Chiana, surrounded by nature, with stunning views of the Valdichiana.
Situated at the edge of a secondary paved road, in a hilly position, the property is located in a very quiet area but easily accessible and not isolated, less than 1 km from the town of Foiano della Chiana, near Cortona, Pienza, Montepulciano. The house rapresents the ruins of an ancient Tuscan farmhouse, dating back the early twentieth century, built of red brick typical for Tuscany. The building is 150 sqm on two levels, with external staircase and typical Tuscan arches. On the ground floor we find the old cellar, the loggia with wood-burning oven, and the chicken coop. Beside the house is a ruin of an old piggery and another outbuilding adjacent to the house.
