This beautiful farm with 10 hectares of land is for sale between Siena and San Gimignano, in the heart of Tuscany, a few kilometres from Casole d'Elsa.

The farm is situated on the slopes of the 'Montagnola Senese', a hilly area covered with holm oaks, chestnut trees, olive trees and centuries-old oaks. The view, from its slightly elevated position, dominates the most characteristic Tuscan hilly landscape.

The ancient farmhouse, dating back to the 1400s, has been brought back to life following a careful and painstaking renovation that has maintained its original characteristics and created a charming environment, divided into nine elegant independent apartments.
The original architectural structure, made entirely of stone, has been preserved, as have the precious period details that embellish the rooms, including the high ceilings supported by exposed wooden beams and the brick barrel vaults made in sequence.

Seven apartments have been created in the main part of the complex, some with their own, fully equipped outdoor space. There is also an annexe of 44 square metres, also with its private furnished outdoor area. A detached house of 130 square metres and a splendid swimming pool with a Roman staircase complete the structure.

The area is rich in churches and medieval castles and is strategic for its proximity to places of interest such as the famous Abbey of San Galgano: the splendid roofless medieval abbey where it is possible to admire the famous sword in the rock, as well as San Gimignano, Volterra, Poggibonsi and Siena. Moreover, about 70 kilometres away, it is possible to take a day trip to renowned seaside resorts.
There are many places in the surroundings where to enjoy simple dishes from ancient Tuscan recipes, accompanied by the best local wines such as Chianti, Vernaccia di San Gimignano and Brunello di Montalcino.
