The project involves the transformation of the building currently intended for hospitality business into a health residence with a capacity of up to 56 beds.

The structure currently houses a hotel, restaurant and bar. The complex is spread over 3 floors above ground and a basement; recently it has undergone partial renovation and extraordinary maintenance with the installation of a photovoltaic system and the construction of a heat pump.
