Montepulciano. This estate of about 100 hectares is set in a protected wildlife area and stretches across the typical Tuscan landscape between the Val d'Orcia and Valdichiana.
It is located a few kilometres from the picturesque villages of Pienza, Montalcino, Cortona, Orvieto and Siena.
Florence and Rome can also be easily reached from the property, given the proximity of the A1 motorway exits Valdichiana and Chiusi-Chianciano Terme.
Amidst the hills of olive groves and vineyards of the estate, the various structures are located: six farmhouses completely restored and used as accommodation, a splendid villa, a wine cellar and 14 hectares of vineyards for the production of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. In total, the property has 47 bedrooms.
The 108 hectares of land are divided as follows: 15 hectares of Nobile di Montepulciano vineyard, 2.4 hectares of Rosso di Montepulciano vineyard, 1 hectare of Chianti vineyard, 14 hectares of olive grove with 4000 trees and the remaining land is arable land.
