The property for sale is located within an old farm, set amidst the rolling hills of Siena and Arezzo in the Valdichiana and surrounded by vineyards and cultivated fields.

The farm, which is entirely organic, consists of 5 hectares of specialised crops: about 1 hectare of Chianti DOCG vineyard and about 2 hectares of olive groves with Tuscan IGP denomination.

A little church dating back to the 16th century (belonging to another owner), which is still consecrated and was built by the ancestors of the owners of the whole area, stands next to the main building. It is possible to purchase this church as well.

Thanks to the favourable location of the farmhouse, it is possible to reach the charming towns of Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Lucignano, Lake Trasimeno and many other villages with Etruscan, Romanesque and medieval features in a short time.
