The history of the 16th-century villa, handed down over the centuries by the Marchesi della Stufa and the noble Albergotti and Persichetti families, is told by the frescoes in the salons and the architecture of the impressive apses of the inner church, forms of the ancient Benedictine abbey dating back to the year 1000.

Within the large Italian garden, the project for a 550 m2 'Winter Garden' style pavilion for events and meetings was approved.

The agricultural company is equipped with modern machinery for the smooth running of farm activities, which is housed in the new 600 m2 farm centre for the storage of extra virgin olive oil, the office and the caretaker's house.

The old farmhouses to be restored, overlooking the beautiful newly planted Chianti vineyards, have a total area of approximately 7500 m2.
