Cortona: Rustic stone house in stunning location.
This stone house covers a surface of about 410 square meters plus a 250 square meters outbuilding to be restored.

The restoration project’s documentation for the property has been already approved and includes various options to divide the structure in one or more housing units. Each project includes the costruction of a new pool.

One option might be to keep intact the original layout of the main house and use the outbuilding as guest house on 15,000 square meters of private ground.

A second possibility could be to create two independent houses (the main one with a surface of about 440 square meters and the second of 250 square meters) each with 6.800 square meters of private land and private pool, while the last one may be to create a three houses estate: the main villa would be split in to two portions (200 and 210 square meters) with shared pool and use the outbuildig as guest house with a surface of 250 square meters.

The property is located near the beautiful hill-top town of Cortona, not far from the regional border with Umbria. Most of the historical centers and villages of Tuscany are easily reacheble from that point, such as Siena and Arezzo that are at 50 minutes' drive. The Internationl airport of Perugia is at 50 km from the house, while the Trasimeno Lake at just 15 minutes by car.
