Modern facility established in 2011 as a nursing home with 40 beds for sale in the province of Syracuse.

The facility is equipped with an in-house bar, restaurant, laundry, burial chamber and a room for religious worship.
The guest rooms have one or two beds (only three rooms have three beds).

The facility currently accommodates non-self-sufficient persons suffering from chronic degenerative diseases or senile dementia: its purpose is to provide care, healthcare, assistance and rehabilitation services to frail, mainly non-self-sufficient persons, in whom the lack of family support, indispensable for the implementation of integrated home care interventions, and the absence of acute pathologies requiring hospitalisation are proven.
